Christina and the team at New Seasons were extremely reactive and accommodating and we were able to get my mom settled before flying out. From our first visit, we were impressed by the professional and positive attitude of the director and her team. In fact, everyone we met- both staff and residents - were pleasant and helpful.
The food is really good (nice homemade soups!) and there is always a set menu to choose from if the daily specials don't appeal. We ate there twice with my mom. Her waitress is incredibly friendly and sociable. We have been able to do a video call with my mom. This was Christina's suggestion and I thought it would be great if it happened. David, the activities director, came to meet us and made it happen. My mom was thrilled and couldn't stop talking about it.

But perhaps the most telling sign is how my mom seems to me. Moving to New Seasons has been a huge change for her. They walk in with big smiles, giving her hugs, giving her reinforcement treating her with respect, dignity, honesty, and patience. and at night they pray with my mom, which is like the biggest gift to me. I searched for a place like this and finally found what is the perfect place for my mom. Although it’s an hour away from my house, it’s worth the drive and I always leave with a smile and joy and mostly peace in my heart which if you were a caregiver of a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer’s, you know peace is the hardest thing to find, well at Discovery Villages Westchase. You will find peace of mind. Please consider them when looking for a place for your loved one."

I can't say enough about the feeling of community in this place. Our executive director presented me with a beautiful 8x10 picture of my husband and me dancing together at one of the Happy Hours and it was in a lovely frame for me to keep as a keepsake. Hugs from all were many.
The chef goes out of his way to present a wide variety of foods for us to enjoy. The activities staff plans events for every day of the week so if you're bored, it's because you don't come out and attend. Our moving here was our children's idea after exploring many options in the area and I am very grateful to be here.

Our family needs required thinking through life plans where spouses do not age at the same rate. The Forum staff works to keep residents and family members connected even when the residents are in separate buildings on the property. Frank has created, maintained and is enhancing the "Circle of Life" omnipresent at The Forum at the Woodlands."

I always felt welcome when I visited with her. I live near TerraBella so I popped in to see her frequently. I would recommend TerraBella for anyone who needs a safe, comfortable, and nice place to live. The interior has been updated and it is beautiful. Everyone at TerraBella is caring, friendly and sweet!
